All right, I'm done my game.
The game is "Ultimate Tic-Tac-Toe", and was made in Visual Basic. It can be downloaded here (If you know somewhere I can put this that's better than Rapidshare, tell me).
The game is played like normal Tic-Tac-Toe, except it is on nine Tic-Tac-Toe boards arranged in a 3×3 fashion. Players can place their pieces on any board on their turn. A board is won when a player gets three in a row on it. The game is won when a player wins three boards in a row. In the case of a tie on one of the small boards, the winner is chosen by a random number generator.
At the moment, only a two player mode exists, so you'll have to find someone to face, or if you're lonely, you'll have to face yourself. Alternatively, you could play over the internet, by telling your opponent which moves you make, while they place your pieces for you.
