The most fucked up part is I bought it for like $550 before the pandemic started, I literally couldn't have built Kinoberus at a better time. Every single component of this PC has increased by a surprising amount. On Amazon at least (where I bought everything), the Noctua DH-15 went from being $105 to now $220 + shipping, the ASUS ROG Maximus XI Z390 mobo went from $380 to $512 + shipping, Corsair HX1200 PSU went up by $40, the Phanteks PH-ES614P case I bought is currently unavailable in black, and the white version is almost $400 (got it in black for $150). And the Samsung 970 Evo+ 2TB I got for $550 is now up to $700. Most of this stuff all seems to be out of stock or low availability too. I literally placed the order on Feb 26th, just a couple weeks before the lockdowns started.

Lucky. And yeah, SSDs slow down the more full they get. Mine was basically empty when I did the bench.
