I used this connection to download the 1.37 GB Call of Duty 4 demo in 4 minutes. Too bad it wouldn't work with CrossOver. Same with Steam and the BF2 demo, although Steam was impeded by the content filter. The client itself worked fine.

The school got 98 Mbps or something yesterday, but I didn't save it. The map animations still run pretty bad though.
