Low enough that it'd piss you off. My frame rate drops significantly during V.A.T.S. though, and I'm not quite sure why.
I also didn't take the Bloody Mess perk because I wanted all the stealth shit like silent running.
Also Kuldeep/Normand, do you have Broken Steel?

And is it worth bothering with? The raise to level 30 and an extended main arc sounds appealing, but I beat the game with absolutely no trouble at lv 13 (on normal).

Can Leon fucking blow off limbs while stopping time and not take damage? Clearly you haven't even played Fallout 3. Also yeah, VATS is fucking awesome after you get Power Armour. Seeing your tanked out character firing shit in slow motion with carnage everywhere is extremely satisfying. I'll give Bethesda that. I'm going to get Broken Steel |

Please my girl had a cowboy hat, goggles and that jumpsuit they always have when they get out of the vault, she stayed like that for a while too. I eventually got to the power armour but I kept my hat and goggles. Also...  Yeah... She scared me. |
