The map height has been doubled from 64 units from the bottom to 128 units from the bottom. I have not checked yet, but I'm pretty sure water level is still 32 units from the bottom.

The top is now 96 units from sea level.

It actually seems like it's a lot higher than 96 units. For reference, I built all the way up behind the Gulf of ToM monument.
