As neat as that is, I find it quicker to just type the extension.
On a loosely related note, did you know you can uninstall Internet Explorer 8 in Windows 7? That blew my mind.

It leaves the rendering engine behind since stuff like Help and whatever depend on it, so you could just use Firefox with IE Tab.

Internet Explorer uses Trident, Firefox uses Gecko, Chrome and Safari use WebKit, and Opera uses Presto.

Presto and WebKit are the most advanced, although Gecko is catching back up. Trident will forever be the laughing stock of HTML engines.
