You have no idea how handy it actually is. I obviously got it just because it looked cool, but it proved itself as a valuable asset during the dark eternal nights of summer.

My hands are never on it most of the time, and simple shortcuts are retarded for southpaws, so I end up having to look down if I want to goddamn paste something. In also a pretty awful typist.
I can destroy the number pad though. I never use those numbers above the letters.

I personally use the light given off by my monitor. The Digital Media Pro keyboard pretty much involves instinct to where all the keys are, so it doesn't really matter to me.

My God, there's another IBM keyboard in that room, and it is SPRING LOADED. Jesus Christ, I have never felt such an amazing keyboard. I am completely serious. That thick plastic brick easily trumps everything else.
