The use of "4:3" is an adjective describing the screen resolution of the Dumpster Dell, which is in a 4:3 aspect ratio. Use some fucking common sense. Jesus Christ.
Also, if the 4:3 aspect ratio was not shitty, industries would not be trying to avoid it at all costs, and the Canadian government wouldn't be banning 4:3 analog broadcasts in 2011.
