Yeah. It's been at 0% for about a week now. I'm pretty sure it's completely dead forever now, so I've just taped the power cord in. One can hope, though...

I'm pretty sure I suggested the desktop placeholders to him. rofl Those things on the right of the screen would be Windows Sidebar, a component of Windows Vista. Google has some thing that mimics it for XP, but I forget the name of it. img26.picoodle.com/img/img26/3/11/22/f_Vista002m_ea80142.pngIt's fairly handy. I don't even use Opera anymore, but sharp lines look nice on this screen.

Too bad Vista Home Basic doesn't support the Windows Sidebar feature or Windows Aero.

Home Premium works. Ultimate just comes with a lot of worthless extras and enterprise networking capabilities (which I do use, but whatever).
