 Speedtest results while downloading a torrent at 20 kb/s, and uploading at 40 kb/s  Another test taken mere minutes later with no torrent being downloaded or uploaded. Fuck Comcast |

Your ability to upload to the testing server is obviously going to be crippled if all the outbound traffic is torrent data.

But I was only uploading 40 KB/s of torrent traffic, which should have still left atleast 1000 Kb/s for other purposes.
