I'm free almost everyday in the evenings as of now pretty much.
Mondays I'm free anytime after 19:00 or so.
Tuesdays through Thursdays I'm free after 15:00 or so.
Fridays I'm unavailable the entire day.
Weekends anytime is good.
Unless I got some design work to do or just shit to do in general, I'm free as fuck this summer unless I magically land a full-time designer job either at my current place or elsewhere, lol.
SO LET'S GET SOMETHING GOING NIGGAS

i think it was mostly a matter of not being filipino, gay or a woman, which comprised 100% of all the other employees besides me. Also I wasn't related to anyone in a workplace where everyone is someone elses' niece/cousin/family friend etc. The reason they gave me was that I was too slow even though I don't think I've ever worked faster in my life. the only thing I'll miss is stealing food on a daily basis (which I should mention they seemingly never noticed).

Well I guess similarly at my other work place they "laid off" about 7 of the 12 newly hired grocery clerks from last holiday season. My brown ass-man pretty much planned this all along since part-time workers are disposable. As a note, only two of the new employees were female, with the rest being a sausage-fest of either high school kids or college freshmans.
Meanwhile, people that have seniority that are located near the top of the list stay on the employee roster even though they get no scheduled hours every week for reasons like they have another job or they're on "medical leave".
Ever since I started working there when I started college, I was at the very bottom of the employee roster list for at least three of those years—my store literally hired exclusively cashiers and produce clerks during this time. The only reason I stayed for so long was because of my connections to the store, I needed a source of income, and everyone and their dog knows I bust my balls every shift.
Fuck seniority.
