From what I've observed with TigerDirect, information usually becomes available the next day, although UPS's tracking system is awful.

Damn right. Every I've ever purchased something from TigerDirect, I would never stop checking UPS. this time around, I actually have the RSS feed from that site on my G15 LCD so I can always stare at it without opening Firefox. It refreshes every hour. How the pros do it.
