The 8800 GT and 9600 GT aren't really cards to consider anymore. Also, emember that I'm pretty much the authority on computer hardware. Kuldeep's advice will fuck you over, as it potentially did to Forest with his computer build estimate.
The GeForce 9800 and Radeon HD 4850 will slice through Crysis with no problems, if you want a reference. The 8800 GT and 9600 GT can't quite do that.

I'm not really intending to play anything graphic intensive though. The closest things would be Diablo III and UT3, but I'm pretty sure any of them would be fine for me. I don't need 60fps to play; 25 suffices for me.
It still makes no sense to buy an inferior card at practically the same price. The 9600 GT is the only card that breaks the $199 mould, but it's slightly slower than the 8800 GT, and significantly slower than the 9800 GTX and HD 4850.
It's worth mention that the particular 9800 GTX I linked has a $20 rebate, which would make it $179.99. My experience with TigerDirect rebates has been less than great, however. Then again, I bought two of the same thing. There was no fine print anywhere that limited the number of rebates per order. I scanned that bitch pretty hard.
