In Brampton, you've had 40 questionable air days in a year, one of which was poor, the rest moderate, almost always for ozone. Your violent crime rate is 22.67 per 1000 people.
Northvale has 11 assaults per 1000 average in the past 4 years. It's Air Quality beats you by a ton (no specific data, but it's air quality in the past 5 days are lower than you ever are).
Utrecht has the highest crime rate per person in the Netherlands, at 175 per 1000 people. However, it isn't that high in violent crime, below 14. There is no data on air quality.
I say the Brampton people will win, and Lily or myself will lose.

The Greater Toronto Area has some pretty poor air quality. Besides the existence of Toronto, we also get a lot of pollution from across the border.
