Two quarters adds up, especially for people who use payphones on a regular basis. 5 bucks becomes 10, 10 becomes 20, so on and so forth. You could of course, get a cellular phone if you needed to make so many calls, but some parents refuse to realize that doing so instead of using the payphone is cheaper.
