ICQ was pretty awful. I don't know who even uses it anymore.
Actually, I don't think I ever knew anyone who used it.

So many people on JJ2 used it. My dad used it.
I used it for about a week, because the people above used it.
The start-up horn pissed me off. A lot.
I got everyone on JJ2 to stop using ICQ.

I made an account and never used it. I never actually touched the official ICQ client either.
