1°F (-17°C) is nothing. My favourite was that year of constant -31°F highs (-35°C).
Also, Fahrenheit and Rankine has do be the dumbest units of measurement ever, along with the United States customary units. How can such an economically-powerful nation be so outdated at the same time?
