The guy couldn't speak English to save his life. I avoided sparking any kind of conversation whatsoever while he ran some batch file to fix a common Windows Update issue.

Jeep used to sell runnig shoes, which kinda defeated the purpose of a car

Apple had the longest hold times of any support line back in the day. Shit's pretty instant now. Spent a good amount of time for Microsoft though.
