That's right. It's a library in Mississauga. I have no idea how Tim Hortons gets reception. You need a Mississauga library card to gain access though, so it wouldn't matter if it actually worked from there.

Basically I am thinking that it has some huge satellite that it uses to broadcast it's internet signal; John said he was in Mississauga, Brampton City Center and various places and still couldn't connect to WirelessMississauga. If you wanted to send to it, I guess you'd need something similarly powerful to broadcast with.

Its range is fucking ridiculous, yes. The power needed to connect to it from afar would rip your battery apart.
