the first and second gen nano i feel are still the greatest mp3 players ever made. they were just perfectly put together you could not fuck with them. I still like that bright beautiful interface too

Aw yeah, I remember those pencil ads. The first one seems cheap compared to the later ones though. The second generation is still my favourite.

Yeah they made the second gen too well. Third was a shitfest and 4th is like, a nice revision to the second
it's a lot like windows
first gen was windows 98 or something, second is XP, 3rd is vista and 4th is windows 7

this is why i've been caught in a perpetual loop of not wanting an iPod. The new one looks reasonable to buy, but then I realize that something better will just come out next year and no longer want to buy one.
