I think tinypic deletes pictures after a while if they haven't been viewed and then just reuses the URLs.

ProBoards doesn't like boobs. Posting "adult content" is against their ToS. If they find some (doesn't matter who posts it), Tyler gets sent a message telling him to remove it or they'll disable the forum. Somehow they keep finding posts, so this happens pretty frequently.
