Right clicking with the Mighty Mouse was a sketchy process due to the small region your finger had to rest on in order for it to be considered a right click. The tolerance has been greatly expanded to essentially the entire top right region of the mouse surface, so this is no longer an issue. The surface capabilities of the mouse greatly outweigh the initial awkwardness of right clicking with what looks like a one-button mouse.
On a loosely related note, I wish other laptops implemented the two-finger right click found on MacBook trackpads. I thought that was brilliant. Better yet, they should implement TrackPoints. Everything should implement a TrackPoint. The only thing I don't like about the Magic Mouse besides gaming is the fact it is a mouse. The TrackPoint may induce carpal tunnel on a weekly basis, but it was so damn efficient sitting right there on the keyboard. None of this deviating-from-the-homerow-position-to-move-the-mouse bullshit.
Also, I don't recommend ordering one for Windows usage. It absorbs on Windows due to the shitty per-line scrolling employed by the OS, destroying the excellent precision of the touch surface. Momentum doesn't work either.
