No, a GeForce 8200M G is nothing compared to an 8800 GTS. The video RAM reported there is significantly higher than the required amount because it is shared memory, which can potentially be as much as the physical system RAM present in your laptop. Shared RAM is shit though, as it is both significantly slower than dedicated memory and takes up your system resources. That test also doesn't point out clock speeds or shader count. Your 8200M G is a Shader Model 4 card, but that doesn't actually mean anything other than that it is capable of rendering SM4 effects. The clock speed and unified shader count of an 8200M G is significantly lower than an 8800 GTS, and will in turn run like shit as a result.
NVIDIA's naming convention before they fucked it up:
####M GXX
First # = Generation: higher is newer Second # = Market segment; budget, midrange, high-end: higher is faster Third and fourth # = Revision numbers: non-zero is better M = Mobile; denotes laptop or slim desktop graphics: typically slower than desktop counterpart GXX = Modifier
NVIDIA's modifiers aren't very standardized but the general rule is: None = slowest G = usually mobile products: very slow GS = budget: slow GT = midrange: fast GTS = mid-high: fast GTX = high-end: very fast GX2 = dual video card: stupidly fast
When it comes to laptop gaming, aim for at least a GeForce 9400M or 8600M GT.
