so I've been working out. when I realized I had that pecs ability, I had to make this video. rofl for some reason it ended up upside down even though on the iPhone it plays perfect right side up so yeah somebody get a gym pass with me. WE'RE GONNA GET RIPPED

i agree with tyler. random cumbersome objects can help with proper toning too. let's do reps with like...dressers and stuff.

dude, I carry tables and stacks of chairs around all day up staircases and shit all day at work. who the fuck cares about this? I'm talking about actually weightlifting and shit. also what rules do gyms have?
