Google's been tracking you for years through AdSense, Chrome and its services for the purposes of its targeted advertising. That's why Google ads become scarily relevant when you're looking for a new computer or car or something. I got a lot of ads for student line of credits and lottery scholarships when I was in London simply because they saw my IP was originating from the Fanshawe campus.

Google's AdSense policy forbids usage on porn sites.
