What if instead of having two testicles, the human male would have lots of small testes inside the scrotum? He could use his ball sack as a rattle to attract females and to provoke other males. The male that would produce the loudest noise with his scrotum would obviously get the most females and intimidate those who would target his harem. Just imagine what it would be like going out at night and hearing the sound of testes rattling in the distance, or approaching a girl you like and trying to make as much noise as possible with your scrotum to get her attention. The joy of growing up and not only seeing your testicles mature, but also hearing it! As a kid you wouldn't produce much noise, but as a healthy adult people would hear you from far away. How much noise do you think you would produce, if your testes could rattle?
