Maybe it'll run nicer for me at 26x16.
It looks and runs fucking amazing on the PS3 though. Jesus Christ, everything was so sharp and smooth. I still like using the wheel with the PC though.

Wheel support is dependent on the game. My particular shitcake of a wheel isn't supported though.
No, although it has HDMI which can easily be changed to DVI (VGA is for faggots). I'd rather play on a 40" HDTV though.
Yes. I have no idea why you'd want to play a racing game with a keyboard and mouse though.

The PS3 supports composite,, S-Video, component and HDMI in NTSC, 480p, 720p, 1080i and 1080p. Any HD resolution would be fucked up on your monitor though due to the fact it's 5:4.
