I want to domesticate a fox. The Russians managed to do it in some Soviet experiment. They were more or less dogs in nature as a result of the experiment.

It's not hard. You just steal a fox's cub, then raise it yourself.
Acquiring the cub could prove difficult, however.

What a waste. It's not hard. You just steal a fox's cub, then raise it yourself. It's not as simple as that. Dogs are friendly as a result of hundreds of years of domestication. Most dogs would not survive in a wild environment. Similarly, a fox would instinctively be hostile even if it were raised in captivity. It takes several generations to adapt their instinctive behaviour. The Russians made visible progress with their own breeding program until the Soviet Union collapsed and the project was scrapped. Less than 100 of their domesticated specimens remain. |

I don't really care for the Silver style of Windows XP, but I can't find a fucking decent version of WindowsBlinds, or one that even works. And the trial version is just a piece of absolutely dog shit. But yes, just got a new wallpaper a few hours ago! I quite like it. A nice change from the anime bullshit I had.

Royale was an improvement, but it was too glassy and looked pretty stupid. Royale Noir and Zune > All other official XP themes Of course, there's also the theme the Whistler builds of XP used: Why couldn't Microsoft stick with that theme? It was so nice and clean, and could easily be modified for different colour schemes. If I want to get that look back, I either have to do the old uxthemes patch (which probably doesn't work with SP3) or use some garbage like WindowBlinds. Goddammit, Microsoft. |
