what the hell are you talking about? Those headphones are anything but flat. There is no high-end response, while there is a lot of muddy low-end.
Flat response = Good Sony MDR-XD200 != Flat

$29.99 USD, lelzFor the $30-$50 range, the Sennheiser HD202 I have is actually pretty damn good. Bass response has emphasis, but there is still decent high-end and clear mid-range. I would really like to replace my Sony MDR-V600 with a new set or another pair of professional studio headphones. High-end headphones just sound godly, and those headphones were just awesome back when they weren't all fucked up.
