Get on my level: Still using this 11 year old ThinkPad X60 Tablet. I'd probably still be using my older ThinkPad T42 from BCSS too if the GPU didn't desolder itself.

Basically. The T40, T41, T42 and some other shittier ThinkPads with ATI GPUs at the time were soldered poorly and would eventually fail over time. My model also lacked the "large fan" which cooled the GPU better since I had the low end shitty Mobility Radeon 7500 model, accelerating the problem. It's unfortunate because the keyboard was definitely better on it than the newer revisions.

Man I was kind of interested in the Ideapad but then I realized it doesn't have a trackpoint and now I do not want it anymore

I've moved on to a T450s and the X60 Tablet has unfortunately died since then, I'd still use it for things otherwise.
