I feel ashamed for thinking that was pretty chill. His voice still kinda bothers me though. It's not quite right for this.
EDIT: It also bothers me that he's playing an acoustic guitar in the music video when it's clearly an electric. The whole visual's kind of a clusterfuck, from his godawful fashion to the way he carries himself. It feels like he's trying way too hard to cover his homosexuality and succumbing to the Streisand Effect in the process.
But the track's neat.

i used to make jokes about justin being gay too. eventually you realize this guy managed to make $200 million out of a career that started as some kid singing on youtube. even if he's made a bunch of mistakes, it's like he made mistakes anybody might have made at that age with that much money in their pockets. when you're that rich and famous, all your flaws get broadcast to the rest of the world in HD these days. that and he chills with floyd mayweather and he's in a vid with cailin russo lol  i'm looking forward to that roast  but yeah his sense of style makes you wonder sometimes, also he has a monkey now just like michael jackson did lol  |
