so this is basically the greatest action movie of the decade so far. possibly the best fantasy world in cinema since lord of the rings, star wars, etc.
tom had less than 10 lines in this whole movie and it's still possibly the best film of his career.
literally all tom hardy does for at least half of this movie is run around looking bewildered and grunting incorrigibly. charlize theron does most of the talking and she does a pretty good job in her role. it's hard to tell which of the two of them is protagonist and deuteragonist.

so yeah i'm probably more hyped for the next two mad max movies than anything else hollywood is cooking up

Professionally, they are doing a wonderful job, but in-between takes Tom likes to stay in character and is constantly talking to himself and mumbling things. Charlize has tried to talk to him during breaks in filming but he shuts himself off from the rest of the cast.”
