for some reason i've always thought it was funny when women have men's names or men have women's names. I know for a fact there are women with Kuldeep's name and plenty named Tyler, but I've never met any woman named Michael; I assume this is cause the name Michelle exists. I talked to some girl named Connor the other day and all I could think was, "Who names their daughter Connor?" Hollywood is really weird lately, a lot of girls get famous even though they have a guy's name. for example... this is Johnny Sequoyah. She was on the NBC series 'Believe' for a while. for a long time I thought Peyton was a guy's name, cause plenty of people know this guy, Peyton Manning the football player. however, Peyton is actually a girl's name. This is Peyton List, the Disney channel actress. Kiernan happens to be a Danish boy's name meaning "son of a Lord" Joey King is a teen comedy actress also this seductress is Ryan Newman, read the comments on any YouTube video of her if you want a laugh. I'm sure there are other examples but these are what I could think of off the top of my head.

my brother and sister-in-law initially wanted to name their daughter a unisex name. a couple they thought of were dylan and addison, but they settled with a feminine name.

I've never met a man named Andrea, only heard of men called Andrea. I'm really unfamiliar with "generic Indian" names but I've been encountering Indian people a lot in the workplace lately - I wonder if this happens with other cultures just as frequently/if at all.

Sasha is short for Alex(ander/andra). I don't even know how, but it is. I don't really like that name. And Michelle is average at best.
