This is just beautiful. I genuinely had to stop reading, stand up from my chair and begin applauding at my screen. Even if this mother is a fictional character or a real person, it doesn't matter. I'm still impressed.
Woman lives a normal life, carries out normal activities, takes her children to other normal activities, and the level of absolute P A L P A B L E seething this induces in the writer of this article is simply magnificent. It's the little things like this that make me wake up in the morning with a smile each day. This is exactly why I refuse to take the vaccine. Not because of any health benefits or possible risks, not because of any desire for lockdowns and restrictions to end (or to continue indefinitely), not because of anything to do with some virus. The ultimate, and only legitimate reason not to get the vaccine is exactly what this article is illuminating: the absolute fucking seethe it induces in people who have gotten the vaccine. The absolute crushing realization that no, you cannot make other people get a vaccine. You will NEVER live in a society where everyone has been vaccinated. That no matter what happens, some people will simply never do it. This is why I'm proud to be unvaxxed and let everyone know I'm unvaxxed, usually after shaking their hand or engaging in some other invasion of their personal space. God it feels good to be immune to all diseases and smarter than everyone else. Now if you don't mind, I'm gonna go cough on some random people in public spaces and then apologize disingenuously.
