Y'know, I gotta admit. Now that Justin Roiland is a known creepazoid, sex offender and charged with imprisonment, this animation makes a whole lot more sense now.
Also he literally reused the character at one point.
You can actually look through most of his early animations and it becomes astonishingly clear that he wanted to become a sex predator from day one.
