You know, I was actually going to put VLC on the list, but then I thought no one uses it for audio playback.
Personally, I'll use WMP for single file playback, but it's all about iTunes. I do have Winamp, but only because it can do some sweet pulsing stuff with my keyboard backlight.

I use VLC a lot, even for audio playback sometimes. But I love iTunes. I strive for organization, it gives it to me...well...not like that.

I usually just use Windows Media Player, because I have it, but mostly I don't care about audio.
