Given the upgrade, the poll of the day will now last for a full 24 hours before locking automatically. Only when the current poll is locked will a new one appear.

I voted "Pretty slick", but then changed my vote to "mediocre", because being able to retract votes is retarded. Also, I can no longer recount members! Though the 60,000 character limit is nice.

I cannot either. There is no longer a need to, as ProBoards has switched from a flat file database (lol Java) to a real one.
Also, future poll of the day threads will not allow you to retract votes.

They should have still retained the option, that was an exceptionably useful power.
And that would please me. Given that the option seems to be optional due to your response, I suppose this change isn't so bad....
