There's no guarantee that you'll be able to volunteer.

I'm pretty sure it'll be just fine as long as you have a volunteer waiver in hand. AN needs as many volunteers as possible. Also, do we need to bring any sort of identification? Volunteers: Pending volunteers: Attendees:Kadeesh's Father was all like "NO U" when Kadeesh asked the other day.

Lol, they need less volunteers than you'd think. And bring ID anyway. I personally didn't need it, but you might. Also, you guys gonna go to TO each day, or try to find a room to crash?

Lex would probably get pretty pissed if he had to drive to Toronto four times during the weekend. Crash space would be ideal.

Yeah, I already told my parents about crashing over there and they approved.
So how will this carpooling work? Lex drops by my home and perhaps Michael's? rofl

I might as well let you know I live at 12 Schubert Cres. I look forward to meeting your dad, Tyler. Tell me of anything else I should bring.

Fine Design Carpentry?
Bring a large wad of money, in the case you cannot volunteer.

$55 for a weekend pass.
Doubletree hotel: Single/Double: $129/night Single/Double room (1 to 2 people) Triple: $149/night Triple room (3 people) Quad: $169/night Quad room (4 people)
Note:
We could somehow split the bill among us equally. I'll leave Michael to do the math.
Don't know how much I'll bring. I need extra cash to fulfill my Otaku needs too. =/

I'm relying on free crash space to pull through, otherwise I'll probably just go home and back instead of dropping $200 on a hotel room.

I would have to concur with Tyler's ideas, for an area so close to our home we should not have to bother to spend such a large amount of money on hotel bills, with if we are going to spend on $129 rooms if any are available would require us $43 each, over 3 nights totalling $129*0.15=$193.50 in total each on the hotel costs, provided one of us went to the effort of sleeping on the floor at least once a night in a double bed room, if we are able to find one. You are inaccurate by $6.50, I am afraid. However I am sure the costs of the few amount of food we would invariably buy would be able to manage the costs. I have a total of < $400 in my bank account currently (I have a habit or purchasing far too many books and manga in spite of my own conscientiousness). In some token of respect towards Lex's gas bill, I propose that each of our parents drive us to the convention at least once each, in order to provide some semblance of equality among our contributions.
