Seeing as the subject of a thread is more or less the title of it, I always capitalized all the significant words. No one else seems to ever do that though.

It's annoying as hell in the body of a post (didn't Annie or someone do that?), but I think it makes sense for the thread subject.

Over half the threads i made have been capitalised, so no, i guess not (not that i make many threads).
