I've always wanted to do this since having black hair to me is rather boring. Provided the opportunity, I would probably dye it white or grey, but I am curious as to what you guys think would be nice on yourselves or on others. Feel free to point out any colour you want to dye hair that isn't there. Also, for those who profess that brown skin and grey/white hair wouldn't work: Or everyone's favourite gay pool-stick fighter, Venom: Now all I need is a Rabbi. Edit: Found some sexier .GIFs of Venom, although the reversal of his pants are a little confusing.

Transparent hair would be pretty awesome, although I don't get your comment about white.

Transparent hair would be pretty awesome, although I don't get your comment about white. Essentially white hair is transparent in the sense that all of the hair has been discoloured, thus you can't actually have transparent hair, but in theory white hair is hair without colour. But white hair has that typical opaqueness to it, so it isn't transparent. That is why old people typically have white hair, the coloured melanins in their hair have just died out over time or stopped being produced. I am not sure if you can kill the melanin pigments of your hair to achieve the white hair appearance or whether you just dye it, but hopefully if you did the former you would still develop the colour in your hair in case you decided to change it to another colour or your natural hair colour.

Transparent in the sense that it has been discolored isn't transparent, though, it's discolored. I see no point in considering white even almost transparent.
Sort of reminds me of two people I knew who replied "white" to the question, "What color is water? ".
In light of this, transparent hair would still be awesome.

Top image is a more of a dirty blonde than a neutral grey. Also, coloured hair looks appealing on anime characters, but almost never works in actual practise. But hey, your hair, your choice.

I could probably pull off white or grey, but I'm not sure if I want to bother.

Dying your hair is tricky business, pretty much everyone I've seen who has done it to a large extent has ended up looking like a retard. Subtlety is the key in hair dye...
anime characters != real people anime hair does not work on real people, not even asians

Any colour that isn't natural tends to look incredibly stupid. Blue hair can never look good no matter how hard you try.

Streaked blue hair can. I've seen fully blue hair - it was actually pretty amazing. Thing is though, it was a subtle, dark metallic navy sort of blue. You could tell it was blue, but it was dark enough that it seemed natural.
Of course, fluorescent colours like cotton candy blue don't work like they do in anime.

I've yet to see someone successfully pull that off. Perhaps you should provide an example.

Red hair would be pretty awesome.
For a day, however.

I think I am going to get an Ice Blue Spiker. A few of my spikes will be blue. I'll try red also.
