Also apparently there was a class action lawsuit against NVIDIA because of that and everyone who got a GTX 970 was supposed to get $30 back but I didn't get it goddamn it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Nope, SLI/CrossFire doesn't pool memory so you're fucked for high resolution gaming.
