my itinerary for the next two weeks:

1) spend all of this week beating all the video games I've bought and haven't started/completed over the last few months

3) spend ALL of next week until courses start back just playing Phantom Pain

averaging $0.77 page revenue per thousand impressions (Page RPM, the M is meant to symbolize 1000). i mean, which do you think would make me quit my job? lol. the weekend really drops the revenue because people don't use it as much then. the video has almost come to serve an alarm or medicinal purpose for some, it's pretty funny. i'm gonna be floating on youtube $$$ and osap for the next 8 months now... so i need to use the two weeks to play as many video games as possible before the semester starts lol

what really baffles me is just everything about the way this guy framed everything to me.

"listen, we did this art project for free. we hired a hollywood actor to do all this performance art stuff, but we weren't trying to make any profit. it was meant to be an open-source, freely editable art project. none of us have made any money off of this video at all! we're all just struggling college students like you! however, I will go out of my way to hire a lawyer to make sure anyone else CAN'T make money off of my video (even through ads which don't take any revenue at all away from me), which I went out of my way to ensure that I myself (nor any of the contributors) could make money off of. so take the ads off or I'll have to sue you."

i think he's just mad that the original video i took the clip from (and linked to in the video) had like no views (less than a million) whereas the clip I uploaded had over 26.5 million. it felt nice deleting that video, i'm the only reason anybody knows who he is.

basically Luke Turner is a massive faggot. At least I can say the guy who (actually) wrote the metamodernist manifesto tried to sue me L O L.

That is honestly fucking hilarious. He meant for it to be an "open-source freely editable" art project, then got buttmad when someone took the open source, freely edited it, and reuploaded it.
