One thing that really stuck out to me about this game was not only how unique the characters were (down to their nationalities, spoken languages, character designs), but also how well each character played and how different their roles fit into the game. I was very skeptical of Blizzard's ability to create an FPS, but I think they've made something here that will attract FPS fans and Arena players alike.

















I think this will probably be the only game I buy this year.

I think it looks pretty lame. I haven't even tried it. I'd only be interested in playing the cute Korean girl anyway. There's also that one Asian girl with glasses, but she's fat. I don't care for these types of games anyway, and Blizzard has disappointed me with their last two games. I guess they're done making good games.

Silly contrarian, Overwatch basically developed most of it's hype through people playing the beta and getting addicted to it like PCP. If you actually play the game you'll like it and get hooked even if you don't want to. Diablo 3 and Hearthstone were both flops, WoW has been dead for ages, I think Overwatch is definitely Blizzard's comeback game.

Blizzard has successfully sexually brainwashed both children and adults alike with this game.

I honestly doubt I'd enjoy the game. It looks way too casual and "fun" for it to be anything I'd enjoy playing. I also don't care for FPS games in general. I can also say that I have not searched for any Overwatch porn, though I'm sure futanari D.Va with glasses exists.

It's arguably the best game Blizzard's ever made. It definitely has the capability of being an esport if they have the game perfectly balanced (and it's pretty fair as it is). Map design, character design and team strategizing is a lot better and more versatile than most games I've played. I expect in two years Overwatch will be the most watched esport.

To be honest I think core FPS player like Kuldeep if anything would be less inclined to play the game because it's less of an FPS than a team strategy game with a first person interface. But at the same time I think many FPS players will play Overwatch specifically because it's not like the games they're used to, it offers something newer. Like Team Fortress but a lot, lot more fleshed out and interesting a game.

The game honestly feels like a larger, and bigger update to TF2. Considering that game is already 9 years old, and how good it was when it came out, we're due for a new competitive FPS that isn't mindless like CoD.
I agree with Mike, it's a very fun game, with a lot of depth and variety in the characters. It has a neat art style, and the maps are very well balanced.
